I went March 18th and let me tell you they didn't disappoint. It was something different and something I have never seen before. Swimming in the cenotes was breath taking and a once in a life time experience. Our tour guides Erik and Alan made it feel less like a tour but more like an experience that we all went through together. They were so sweet and made sure that everyone is comfortable. I love how they were sharing a beautiful culture with everyone and when I go home I am going to make sure I tell everyone about that beautiful place and culture. And in the end a whole group of strangers ended up feeling like a family.

This was our first time rappelling and zip-lining, the staff was extremely helpful in making us feel safe, comfortable, and confident. The Cenotes were breathtaking, the water was crystal clear and very refreshing, the snorkeling was amazing. The cultural history and ceremony with the Shaman was very interesting. This entire park is very beautiful and the lunch served to us was very good as well. Highly recommend this park to anyone seeking both some exhilarating adventure and Mayan history.

Recently went with friends, it was such a great time. Marlon was super patient and helpful. I along with another friend, were terrified of heights and didn’t know how to swim. He was super patient and very pleased he gave us the courage to complete the activities. Definitely recommend this activity to others and if you are lucky enough to have Marlon as your guide, you’ll understand why we really enjoyed the overall adventure.

Best excursion that you can do in Mexico! This experience was incredible! It was worth every penny. We had the best tour guides (UVI) and he was adamant that we should do the ziplining which we were unsure about because we are scared of heights. Uvi made us feel confident and made it feel like a piece of cake. The views were also breathtaking and it was defo worth ziplining. We were fed and also taken back! The food was authentic Mexican food and so tasty! The spiritual cleanse was so pure and liberating and I just generally enjoyed every moment of it! Special thanks to our incredible tour guide Uvi as well!

We did the zip line and Cenotes tour.
George was our guide he was very knowledgeable, entertaining and great at his job! there were about 18 people in our group. We had soo much fun with this adventure. Things to know before going! You cannot use your camera. The only camera they allow is a go pro that is strapped to you. You have to leave all your belongings in a locker. These are shared with others but are locked up. No need to worry. Dress appropriately. If doing zip lining you have to leave your shorts on so make sure the are comfortable.
Lunch is provided as well as a little shopping area.
At the end you have the option to purchase your pictures they take throughout the park.
At the time they were around $100 usd. This I thought was reasonable because we shared the cost with our group!
I would recommend this place for all the reasons listed above. 5*

This was a fun and very physical adventure. I would recommend water shoes (order via Amazon) as it makes it easier for traveling from one zip line to the next. The cenotes were AWESOME. I should have read up more on the excursion as my mother has limited mobility and was unable to participate much. I did not realize the terrain would be rough and you have to zipline to each cenote. I thought they were separate activities. I have wanted to see the Mayan ruins since high school. Tulum did not disappoint. My only advice is be prepared for a-lot of walking and physical activity. It is worth it.

We must admit we have been disappointed. Very expensive park compared to competitors. 100 USD pax for 5 ziplines, 20 USD per zipline, expensive no?. Ok, the cenotes are gorgeous and certainly worth seeing, but:

- food was totally disappointing
- we got one locker for 2 families, 8 people for one locker paying 800 USD? Come on...
- One good point though The staff was very friendly (name of our guide: Emilio)

For that amount of money, go to Selvatica Park, far better ! (we do avoid the Xcaret and alike parks as they exploit Dolphins, absolute red card)

Wonderful experience for the whole family. We were looking for an excursion that didn't take all day away from the resort. We stayed at Dreams Tulum and it was less than a 10 minute drive to Jungla Maya. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our guide Hugo Cervantes was great! He was very knowledgeable about Mayan history, cenotes, and the geology of the region. He was friendly, funny, intelligent and passionate about us having a great time. We zip-lined, repelled into cenote, explored a cave cenote, and zip-lined into a cenote. All in about 4 hours. Thanks to Hugo for a great experience!

Wow! This entire experience was amazing from start to finish to include the Mayan educational knowledge of land, people, and cenotes. All of our hosts to include our main one Erik was so knowledgeable, put our safety 1st and made sure we all had the best experience. Even the lunch provided was equate in flavor and taste cooked by locals with ingredients and meals from the land appealing to all diet preferences. The zip lining was fun and adventurous, the cenotes was a once in a lifetime underwater experience. Everything was exceptional. Caution:Be prepares to get out of your comfort zone with this tour but it is so worth it and 100% safe.
