Motmot went above and beyond to give us a great diving experience. Our divemaster cancelled suddenly, and the only day left for me to dive was New Year's Day, since I was heading home the day after. Motmot opened up on the holiday and assigned another divemaster, who was really great. We did 3 dives at Dos Ojos cenote. The... More

Unlike many other business in Tulum, these guys aren't there for hitting U up for one time quick buck, but actually make sure that their guests are taken care of and stand behind their product. Stopped by randomly while passing by as my woman noticed some jewelry she wanted to check out. They sell hand made jewelry along with diving... More

These guys know exactly what they are talking about! They aren't a shop that's sell excursions they are a shop that knows diving! A refresher dive at Casa Cenote followed by 2 dives at Dos Ojos. Perfect pace and guided by experience and knowledge! Budgie you are a legend! Thanks guys! Highly highly recommended.

We went diving with them for three dives, although we thought we booked two. Not a problem at all, the more the better :) we paid 200usd and in comparison to other diveshops who do 2 dives and rush trough it so they are back in a half day (and can take more guests), this is a great deal. Lunch... More

We had a great morning snorkeling, me, and scuba diving, my husband. Ruben did a great job! Dos Ojos Cenote was beautiful! A short drive from Tulum and a perfectly paced adventure.

I have been diving for 25 years. Primarily as a commercial diver. Walking thru down town Tulum I stumbled upon a dive shop. As a diver I like to see whats new for equipment. As I browsed the shop I noticed the Amateur Cenote videos on the flat screen TV and think that would be cool, and that is probably... More

Tulum 2016. It was a wunderful experience staying four nights in this sweet little town. Furthermore, doing our advanced diving course with "motmot diving" completed this great trip. Starting with "the pit ", " dos ojos" and finally " casa cenote ". We really learnd a lot and our instructor sara was very patient and attentive while teaching us all... More

I 've been dreaming of diving in a cenote since...forever. Now, my kids are 12 and 10, just fresh from their Junior Open Water, and we were in Tulum with a couple of days to spare... Motmot Diving offered a day package - 2 cenotes, 2 tanks, breakfast ( french pastries!), snacks, transportation, gear... everything. We just had to bring... More

Very nice scuba shop. Did 2 cenote dives with them. Sara was a great dive leader. It seems all the shops in Tulum pretty much collude on their pricing, so not much reason to shop around for price, so you might as well take a shop with nice people and good equipment, like MotMot.

I wanted to try cenote diving with my 11 yo old son who is a JOW. Our guide (Scott) was very nice and patient with my son and made sure everything was fine and safe. We did 2 cenotes and it was so pretty. Great experience. The guide forgot lunch and snacks which made us quite hungry before we got... More
