Hairo was our guide and was perfect for our adventure. We hired him to guide us through both eyes at Dos Ojos. My wife was very nervous about cave diving and only wanted to do the first dive, but after diving the Barbie line she was eager to dive the Bat cave without question. I credit this to Hairo's professional... More

This is our second time diving cebotes with Xibalba. Robbie always has this best dive masters, last year we had Dantè, a national geographic underwater archeologist, and this year we had Richie, an expert in cavern dives. We had an amazing adventure, both times! I highly recommend them for both advanced and intermediate divers.

We spent 2 days diving with Hairo from Xibalba Dive Center, exploring Dos Ojos, Gran Cenote and Angelita cenotes. The cenote diving was an amazing experience, and Hairo was one of the best guides we have ever had. Hairo is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and absolutely safety conscious. It was a pleasure spending time with him and learning... More

We spent 2 days (half-day diving in the mornings) diving 4 cenotes with Xibalba: Angelita, Calavera (Temple of Doom), The Pit and Dos Ojos (Bat Cave). Each cenote was very different from the other, making for a varied experience. Pre-trip communication was a breeze, and we found our guide, Hairo, to be excellent: he was professional, reassuring, friendly, patient and... More

I was referred to Xibalba by a dive school in the UK so was unsure what to expect, but it surpassed all my expectations. I had a one-to-one experience with Hairo to complete my PADI open water referral dives and was previously a nervous diver, but he put me at ease immediately. He's a very talented teacher who is kind,... More

My son and I dove Dos Ojos with Hairo and had a great time. Dove with Xibalba last year too and would not go anywhere else. The cenotes are an amazing experience and as once-a-year divers we felt totally safe.

Last visit June July 2015 17 days. 8 days diving at this centre. Found Xibalba from a video Robbie did some years ago on cave diving and have been lucky enough to dive with them over the last 1 ½ years travelling to Mexico for around 16 days each visit, every 6 months, From the chap who does the maintenance... Lonely Planet sent me to them because they are known for their safety. Great dive trip to Dos Ojos cenote and I certainly agree.
