This museum shows the history of Chanderi nd various kings. Lots of Jain idol are here those were broken by Aurangzeb

As museums go this is one of the best in terms of display, helpful staff, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. It's a treasure house for Jain sculpture which have come from nearby temples. In particular a varaha had me spellbound. Photography isn't allowed inside so one...More
