A small but informative little offering of information about wildlife and examples of flora and fauna of the surrounding area in their outdoor gardens. They also offer lead tours/hikes which would have probably been even more engaging for the kids

Just a great way to get a little exercise by walking the nature trails, getting one's questions answered and soaking in the gifts of nature we too often ignore in our hurried lives. The staff is both eager and well informed.

Sorry, I have never visited in October. August was great. I imagine the Aspen trees would be beautiful at this time of year.

Not difficult at all. Just make sure you're wearing boots because the snow can get deep and might sink into your shoes.
