Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited the shop/gallery a few weeks ago and then purchased an item remotely. Both experiences were great. The item arrived beautifully tissue wrapped within a day or so and my visit was also great. You get an alternative perspective of the pond/village from the shop, as it is on the first floor and the artists who sell their items in the shop are all local. Some very nice things on offer and definitely worth a visit.

Found this art and craft gallery whilst stopping off in Finchingfield for lunch. Glad i did as they have some lovely ceramic bowls and vases which i couldn't resist! Also lots of artwork on the walls both prints and originals, well worth a visit when in the area, and great that it is stocking quality works by local artists and not mass produced 'tat' !!!

We popped in to have a nosey around and were so pleased to see so much interesting work. We were left to make our own decision but when we had questions the owner was able to help. We couldn’t resist one piece and are now the proud owners of a beautiful, one off piece of art. This place is well worth a visit.
