The place is full of history with a video projection of a story of a battle. You can visit a tower and a museum with all the found things after the battle. The tower's walls are full of pictures if battles and from the top you can enjoy the amazing view of Lake Garda.

Place with a lot of history as background, nice the climb up to the tower and at the end a great views of all Garda !!! If the weather is good is fantastic and worth to go up at the top.

The predominant use of ramps within the tower came a as surprise and well worth the effort to make it to the top - if a little breathless. The view is lovely and worth the modest fee and the trip up.

The Climb is mostly up ramps inside the tower and a few sets of steps at the higher levels. I would recommend doing the climb in the early morning. The inside began getting warm as we neared the top at about 10:00 am. The views of the countryside are excellent. There are stone benches at each level, if you must... More

This tower is well worth a visit especially if you are interested in the history of the region and the formation of the Red Cross. It is 5 mins off the A4 at the Simione junction and only 5 euros to enter. The walk to the top is quite an effort on a hot day but worth it for the... More

A good hour or so visit. Interesting history of an important battle in Italy's history. Very peaceful at the top of the tower.

Be aware that if you are interested in history, you should read up before you come as a good portion of info is only in Italian. That said, it costs just 5€ and is beautiful, both below and up in the tower. Well worth a visit and the war memorabilia is interesting, even if you are not always sure of... More

It's worth going all the way to almost 7-8 floors. You will be rewarded with scenic view of Lake Garda and the cities around it. Apart from the tower there is a war museum at the back of the Tower, which covers the Italian unification war very well. As everything is Italian a bit of help from goggle translate is... More

Commemorating bloody episode in Italy's unification in 1859. Very moving reading names soldiers, rather than just a list.

The Tower commemorates a war that basically was the beginning of modern Italy. Adjacent to the tower is a Museum building containing many exhibits from the war with some (particularly weapons) in amazing condition - well worth a visit in its own right. The tower is something else....a climb to the top is not via a traditional spiral staircase but... More
