Bad parking, great place

Be warned, parking is terrible. Rest is great 😊. Food is great with plenty of choice. Variety of shops to choose from & relaxing surroundings.

I love Stydd Gardens! There, I've said it. Have visited on a few occasions and it never disappoints. The glasshouse café is a beautiful setting come rain or shine, and whilst the service has been a little hit and miss in the past, my latest visit saw a much stronger front of house service team who are dedicated to providing... We wanted a pleasant lunch in a nice setting, and we had a really lovely afternoon . We will certainly revisit and tell our friends. Of course we were very lucky that the weather was gorgeous.

We visited here on a gloriously sunny afternoon last week and it was just heaven, the garden is beautiful, with the water feature and white doves flying around. The peace and quiet was just lovely. We sat outside and ate at the 'cafe' and the food was delicious, only slight negative was the choice was a little limited, especially if... More

My wife and I visited Stydd Gardens after searching on the Internet for somewhere to go for tea and cake. It's tucked away down a quiet country lane in the lovely little village of Ribchester so make sure of your directions or use a sat nav! On entry to the gardens we came across a small tearoom ( I think... More

What a gorgeous place this is to drink fab wine and eat perfect tapas. The atmosphere is perfect as is the décor in the 'wine hut'.Kind of makes you feel like you are in a live episode of midsomer murders but in a good way. Love this place.

An unusual but nice cafe and other attractions here. The Glass House is a big Green House which has a slate floor.Inside there are numerous tables with chairs ,lots of plants in various pots. Tables with interesting nik naks .A simple menu ,soup sandwiches ,salads served with tea or coffee. Service was a little slow , but this was probably... More

Went a while ago under previous management and loved atmosphere and excellent menu. Today was disappointing. Only 3 tables occupied and expensive menu....no lighter bites only starters. The menu stated smaller portions of main menu available for children. Having a small appetite I asked for smaller portion to be told by waitress that if she asked in the kitchen the... More

We travelled here from Wirral on Bank Holiday Monday 2 May for a birthday lunch. Having visited here a year ago, and read some of the comments on here, I was a bit unsure about returning. I need not have worried. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was lovely to bask in the warmth... More
