We have a good time walking the on the jardín and the streets of San Miguel de Allende. Lots art galleries while still keeping it's traditional colonial heritage. A must see. Bring some nice walking shoes.

Take a seat on the bench under the trees and people watch. Grab a snack, chat, read and or just relax and take in the sights of the Parroquia de San Miguel.

The well trimmed laurel trees provide thick shade on a sunny day. And....thankfully the city of SMA has provided many benches for watching the firendly people.

Was out in the square last night and we came across a wonderful scene of people, actualy a crowd of people dancing to the Mariachi music. It was so fun and relaxed and there was a high degree of spontaneity

We loved El Jardin during our recent visit to San Miguel. So much to see and do and so much fun people-watching.

Quite beautiful and shady spot to sit and watch the world go by. Central zone and convenient to many places. Something is always going on. There were parades and festivals while were there. The area is blocked off from car traffic which is nice.

It is totally doable . The cobblestone streets and sidewalks are narrow but accessible
