Habla Hispana is an excellent place to learn Spanish whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced student. Classes are small. My intermediate class had four students. Our maistra was Theresa. It doesn’t get any better than that. Her explanations were crystal clear. She made...More

Honestly, this is the only Spanish school I’ve ever attended BUT I still call it “la mejor” (the best) because of my fabulous experiences. I’ve come twice now and would love to return again. The first time was with my daughter in 2010 for seven...More

I only got to study here for a week but learned a LOT! Wish I could have participated in the afternoon/evening events(sightseeing, cooking, music) but I was traveling with a non-student so was unable. The teachers were such kind women, and so patient. Students were...More

I just spent 2 weeks at the school and really enjoyed myself. I stayed onsite, my room was private, huge, and had great internet. Large shared living room and kitchen. Classes weekdays 9am-1pm. First was grammar, small break, conversation, lastly vocabulary. MWF there are other...More

The 3 hour per day program at Habla Hispana has one hour of grammar and two hours of conversation. The grammar instructor Theresa was good and very pleasant. Then for the 2 hour portion of conversation, you never know who you're going to get. One...More

There are several different schools and methods of instruction available in San Miguel. I think this one is most productive- not too academic and not to "just learn to get by". An hour and a half of grammar, hour of conversation and an hour of...More

OK, this may seem a bit strange to some, but I hope it is helpful. I first took a month long introductory course, during a summer break from teaching high school at least 15 years ago! My late wife and I rented an apartment, went...More

The teacher I had thought she was teaching 3rd graders. Her manner showed disrespect. She seemed to forget that we were paying her salary.

I used the website to make my payment and it worked great. I attended school there in February and it was open and a great experience. Do the home stay and ask for Ernesto and Marina's home!
