Amazing day! We had an hour boat to a remote village, then trekked for 2 hours up the waterfalls, had lunch at the top, trekked back on a different route then had a tour of the village. Also got to see caves on the boat...More

Most people seem to be drawn by the waterfall section but I thought the overall experience was great, including the waterfall section. You get a boat ride, glimpse into a village, a beautiful hike along the creek, through rice paddies and teak forests, then the...More

This just gets better and better the more you rise towards the top waterfall. AB excellent experience. Added to which there is a bear sanctuary in the park. A very worthy enterprise.

The trip starts by boat with a stop in a local tribe village. The hike begins from the village with a walk along hills, rice fileds and rivers, before reaching the waterfalls. Cascade climbing is not really difficult. Make sure you wear a convenient pair...More

It was one of the best experiences in my life! We had two guides (one from Qbar, where we booked the tour, and the other from the village) The local village guide had a dog to go along and showed us the way. It was...More

One of the best and most adventurous treks of our Asian trip! But be aware that it can be very challenging or even dangerous. We did the trek in July, rainy season. It was raining during the day and the way was very muddy and...More

They set up the infrastructure and invest in the local community. Added to this, the guides they use are fantastic and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend doing a tour up to the 100 Waterfalls. The hike is beautiful! Make sure to bring waterproof shoes (Teva etc.) for the way up because you literally climb the waterfall. For the way back, hiking shoes/sneakers are good because they protect your...More

Make sure to book a private guide and go before the large groups from the tour operators start off. Then you will have a very nice trip! Be careful, it's very slippery climbing the waterfall. And be aware of leeches... but you will be awarded...More

You can be an average walker. There are some parts where the step-up is wide, but then I extended my hand to our guide and asked to be pulled up and there was no problem with that. It is not considered a steep walk.
