Strange and up tight place :( Staff made us feel awkward and uncomfortable on what should have been any enjoyable family day out. Not what we were expecting :(

Nothing bad to say about this place. Lovely place for young kids if they love animals and outdoors. Very educational and staff are all great. My kids have been here few times and love it. Ages 3-7 mines are.
