I’ll provide all details in order for readers to make their own judgement. The representative at the hotel we were staying at was rude and disrespectful to the point where my mouth was on the table. The representative bullied our family member into accepting an airport shuttle time that was entirely too late and refused to amend when we expressed our concern. The flight was scheduled to board at 1:35pm, and the representative bullied her into scheduling a pick up at noon for a 30 min drive. That would give us 1 hour to check in, drop bags, and pass through international security. As the clients who are paying for this service, we should be permitted to shuttle at the time we feel most comfortable. This man raised his voice, raised his hands into my face, and caused an absolute scene over his refusal to honor our request. Shocking, appalling behavior. They clearly don’t actually care about customer service once they’ve absorbed your money. DO NOT USE.

We had a horrible experience with this transfer company. Pleasant Holidays, our travel agency, booked a round trip transfer from Los Cabos airport to our hotel and Terramar never showed up. The worst part was that the airport was closed and we were the only ones still waiting outside alone in an unfamiliar place for a ride after being promised that someone was on the way to pick us up. We ended up paying $60 for a taxi after waiting for over an hour. Pleasant Holidays did reimburse us for the taxi fare, but I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Especially, when you pay someone for a service to avoid these happenings.

From San Jose del Cabo, booked a shared transfer to Cabo San Lucas for an arch excursion. On return there were groups that didn’t choose to find their driver who took them there, so they jumped in our shuttle, expecting the driver to drop them off, which he did, delaying our drop off by an hour. The driver was great but I think he should have told them to find the driver they arrived with. Next time I would not choose this shared ride. I would book an Uber and choose a different company for the excursion.

This transportation company is hand down one of the best I have ever experienced. Very prompt with departing airport as well as resort. Very patient with me and my untimeliness. I was picked up and dropped off in a private vehicle even though I paid for shared. Great customer service and communication was great.

Kevin Arnold with Terramar delivered a great experience to and from the airport..no complaints. He he also booked two excursions for us that was awesome (Dinner Cruise and Camel Safari). Ask for Kevin Arnold for transportation and excursions.

Upon our arrival to Cabo, we were treated like celebrities. We had a private ride to our hotel. The driver was professional and could speak English well.
On our way back to the airport our Driver was late but courteous. I was disappointed when he picked up another couple so we lost our private oasis.
All in all the vehicles were clean and classy.

Terramar had us transfer during all our stay in Los Cabos (5 days). Always on time, great service from staff and drivers. Clean vehicles and safe driving.

This company used to be good but not anymore. Transfer from airport to Cabo SAN Lucas took over a hour to depart from meeting the rep outside. Transfer back was messed up and when they finally answered the phone they refused to pay for a taxi despite admitting that they had made a mistake. No refund offered so we were out of pocket by 115 US dollars having to pay for a taxi via the hotel concierge. Will book private transfers with a reliable company in future.

I would not use with young toddler in Cabos unless you can find a way to get your car seat on.
They drive very fast, was hanging onto toddler for dear life and kicking myself for not using private vehicle with car seat.
On way back driver was following someone too close and when that guy suddenly hit the breaks our driver slammed his, we were both holding onto our kid otherwise she would have gone face first into seat infront and be seriously hurt.
Be careful. Bring a car seat and use private transport if you have young toddler/baby. Don't put kids at risk.

Hello i am sorry that your experience was not as you expected, child seats are supplied at no cost when you call to confirm your booking unlike other suppliers who charge. We do have a GPS tracking systems in all our vehicles that notifies us when the safety of any client is compromised , I have check for any reports for the week of Dec 23, and have nothing.
Please let me know date time and driver name .

Very clean nice cars with excellent service. I booked the $25 shared service from the airport to my hotel in Cabo and I was the only one in the car. Driver was very friendly and helpful.

Did Terramar have West Jet signs? How did you exactly find them or were you directed there? This is my first time going to Los Cabos so I wasnt sure how Westjet would arrange the shuttle service. Any insight would help!.
