we did the "3 bay" kayaking trip , which was slightly a misnomer since the first bay wasnt really such, just a put-in spot. . We paddled 1/2 mile over to Santa Maria, snorkeled for about 20-30 minutes. then paddled 2 miles over to the next bay -- hoped to see whales but no such luck, though our guide said... More

The Baja Outback is a must for visitors to the San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas areas. Carlos Michaud, Certified Guide, offers an abundance of knowledge and superb service as he and his fellow guides look after your every need. Ocean kayaking with stops enroute for snorkling were seamlessly executed. A history/geography lesson, cultural knowledge and his personable,... More

Just went on a 4-hour kayak tour...great time. Snorkeling, beautiful beaches, and lunch. Carlos and his brother were fantastic guides. I could not more highly recommend taking this or any tour with this company.

I ended 2011 on the right vibe by taking a surf lesson through Baja Outback with Carlos and Sergio. It was the most fun experience and the guys are exceptional instructors, very professional and very supportive of everyone's ability. I highly recommend this company and instructors for anyone headed to Cabo San Lucas and looking for a new watersport activity.... More

From our hotel (The Barcelo), we signed up to go to Cabo Pulmo with Baja Outback for a day trip, and were greeted right on time by Carlos, our guide, in a comfortable and well equiped van.We had a comfortable two hour ride to Cabo Pulmo from San Jose del Cabo. All the details were attended to (great equipment; anticipating... More

This was our second year going with Carlos and his teammate on a Kayaking, Hiking and Snorkeling adventure. Carlos was great with the entire family. He had great knowledge of the local area plant life, sea life, and general Cabo area. Would definitely recommend this trip and specifically Carlos for families and couples alike. It is a private tour that... More

Carlos was our guide for this interesting and varied outing. He drove us through the Cabo Pulmo Marine Park to a secluded bay where we hiked and snorkled. Windy conditions prevented us from kayaking. After our fascinating swim, Carlos took us to lunch at a quaint restaurant in a tiny town. The shrimp tacos were fabulous!

Excellent, knowledgeable, fun guides. I wanted to experience Mexico beyond the tourist shops and the resorts, and this was fantastic. I went hiking and snorkelling with them. Wonderful people and a terrific experience. It was the highlight of my trip to Mexico.

We booked on 'Taste of Los Cabos' - our guide Jorge was very knowledgeable, and well versed in many things. We had a great time visiting the Arch, watching the colourful fish from the glass bottom boat, visiting the glass factory but what I enjoyed most from this excursion was the time we spent talking to Jorge. I do not... More
