- Michael KDraper, Utah27 contributionsBest slide and facilty. We had such a fun day at Blue Tree. There are other water parks in Phuket to go to, but we had a blast at Blue Tree. The facility has so much to do: Slides for kids and adults, cliff jumping, paddle boarding, underwater jets and the most fun waterslide jump I've ever been on. The water was very clean and the facility was very clean. They are adding more to the park while we were there which tells me they are investing in the facility. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing place to visit in Phuket, I would highly recommend Blue Tree.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 29 December 2023
- Zoe_JLWindsor, United Kingdom354 contributionsGreat family day outWe came here for the day and were not disappointed. The lagoon is huge and the kids playing area is also great fun. We didn’t make use of all the facilities the place has to offer due to time but from a brief look around it looks like you could spend days there! We used the lagoon, slides, zip line, paddle boards and kids area all day and it’s all included. The bar grill located next to the lagoon is great for lunch, snacks and drinks. It isn’t typical cheap Thailand but it’s by no means expensive either when you compare it to other places. The staff were all very attentive to all. Lockers and towels are extra but not too expensive for the day. It wasn’t too busy either which was nice and there are plenty of places to eat and drink around blue tree. The only thing I would say is we booked through the website and it states children under 6 are free. This is not always the case as it’s based on height. Any person under 90cm is free other between 90cm and I believe 1.2 you pay child price. Otherwise it’s adult. So if you have a tall child, be prepared to pay. I believe it does mention this on other reviews and info. Overall a great day out, plenty to do, something for everyone to enjoy and would recommend!Visited February 2024Travelled with familyWritten 5 February 2024
- Mrkd_12Dublin, Ireland47 contributionsWonderful family day outExcellent waterpark Only a few slides so if you want slides not for you. Our kids wanted mostly to do the rock jumping hence reason we choose this park. The park itself is huge with a variety of things to do including a separate area for younger children which my 6 year old really enjoyed. The park staff are wonderful and friendly and I would say its definitely the safest waterpark we have been to anywhere. The day we went was very quiet with lots of sunbeds etc available and no qs for slides. Overall 100% recommendedThank you. We are glad to hear that you had a great time at Blue Tree Phuket. It’s always wonderful to hear positive feedback about the activities and property. We are sure you and your friends or family would also enjoy the thrilling and unique recreational experiences offered there. Thank you for your recommendation!Written 19 May 2024This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited April 2024Travelled with familyWritten 6 April 2024

We decided to come here Instead of other water parks in Phuket as the website looked great, seemed to appeal to all ages. We were a family of 6 adults, 1 13year old and 2 younger children. We went later in the day at 4pm as there was a half price offer on and the sun wouldn't be too hot for the children. When we arrived we played in the children slide area then had food and sat at the lagoon ready for a swim. It was 6pm at this point (it closes at 10) and we were told that the lagoon was closed ! They said the children area was still open but it was too dark the kids were scared. No one was manning the other childrens activity areas. We complained to management as we should have been informed on entry about closure but they basically said the place was new and it's trial and error. They said if we return we can have 50% off but we had already spent too much with the family been 9 of us. It's a shame because we were all so excited and it looked lovely, it just completely let us down. Over sold on the website!

Dear Sadie D,
Thank you for taking the time to review us. We appreciate the feedback and will raise your concerns with our management team.
Since we first started organizing our Twilight Package hours, we've received generally good feedback. The main lagoon area is closed during our Twilight hours due to the size of the lagoon which would be difficult to monitor after dark. The Family Splash zone and activity zone by the Bay Grill remain open and fully manned by our lifeguards. The Super Fly Slide also remains open and fully lit. We will take your comments and raise them with our operations team so we can find a better solution about the lighting in the area as we want all our guests to feel comfortable and safe during your time here.
Please feel free to contact us at info@bluetree.fun if you have any other concerns. We'd love to have you and your family back again for another visit so you can have the proper Blue Tree experience. Hope to hear from you soon!
Warmest regards,
Team Blue Tree

I visited Blue Tree last week with my (adult) family. We got an "all activities" pass but, once we got inside, I found out you had to pay extra to do the activity I most wanted to do, the Flying Trapeze, and it was ridiculously expensive to do that (more than I pay in Australia!), so we couldn't do it as it was already a very expensive day out getting 4 "all activity" passes and paying for the food and drink. You are not even allowed to take your water bottle in and the food and drinks are also very expensive. There are some fun activities at Blue Tree but, a day out there cost about as much as the whole of the rest of our holiday!

Get to the water park at opening time and you’ll get a great choice of sun beds. Lockers and towels are available for rent. There are pricing options for those wanting to do all the rides and those who just want to chill out at the water edge - 650 baht . There are also premium options for cabana etc. 15000 Baht. There are vigilant lifeguards everywhere and you are required to sign indemnity forms before participating on the rides. All food and beverages have to be purchased inside the park and the prices are on the high side... can of local beer is 150Baht. The biggest downside is that there was only one queue to buy food, sodas and water. It was busy so the service was slow. If you ordered water with your meal it came together and it took a long time unless you specifically asked for it immediately. The prices shown on the menus do not include the ++ service charge and so you think you have enough loaded on your wristband when actually you don’t. I suggest the park consider including this in to the price shown so you can work out if there is enough money your wristband for what you want to buy. Eg. A Prego steak roll is shown as 280 Baht and we got 300 Baht credit with our worth and purchase... but that was not enough - it came to 330 Baht... luckily they took cash as well. Good experience but the food and beverage service needs to step up.

Dear Cabibi,
Thank you for the wonderful review of Blue Tree Phuket. We appreciate the feedback and will raise the various points you've brought up with our management and F&B team.
We do feel that our food offerings are priced competitively compared to similar restaurants. Where a good burger can cost in the 300-600 baht range elsewhere, ours is great and it's only 280 with a side of fries. We will revisit our menu pricing, however, and make improvements to make sure pricing is clear for all.
Hope to see you back for another visit soon!
Warmest regards,
Team Blue Tree

I went there with my friends in February, we went to the water park section which is what most people come for. all around the place was great, it has a restaurant with delicious food, although it was quite expensive compared to other restaurants around the island. but that is the only negative thing i can recall about the entire place. Another really good thing about the spot is the amount of activities found, this will keep you busy for most of the day. If you are tired you can rest on the sunbeds dotted around the giant pool. Overall this is a good place to visit with friends or family during the weekends and will not leave you disappointed.

money, money, money
bad food and tried to do ice skating with my two kids, so 3 tickets ice skating is 300 bath then you need to buy socks x3 that costs 150 bath so 450 bath for 30 min ice skating but the thing is that there is no ICE but a kind of platform where you can not skate. It took me 30 min to get a full refund because they wanted me to keep the socks when obviously I never came here to buy socks.
Apart from that, you just spend money all day long, there is a giant pool everything is on concrete so super hot. I would not recommend this place, it not worth it, just go to the beach:)

Nice water park with plenty to do . Still in it's infancy with not everything open yet but more than enough to do . Great pool with a nice water temperature and plenty to do for the more adventurous , zip ride and slides for the thrill seekers and paddle bords and water volley ball for the more sedate . As the park is quite new it was easy to get served and use facilities and staff coped well but this might not be the case when busy .There is club house where most things cost extra (higher quality sunbeds as an example) We found standard ones good .. Food was good quality but as you are captive when in park , it will cost more than outside , staff were helpful and polite . Taxi's can be arranged at main entrance by asking staff but none seem to cruise around outside looking for fares . A nice change from the beach or hotel pool .

Dear paul h,
Thank you for rating us! We appreciate the feedback and are glad that you had a good time. Yes we are still new and trying to iron our all the wrinkles as we are quite a large facility with many different departments still adjusting to make our guest experiences even better.
The food at Tree House Beach Club & Restaurant is admittedly more expensive that typical street food throughout Thailand but we do feel that we are priced rather competitively compared to similar venues in Phuket. For a good burger, you can expect to pay 300+ - 600+ baht throughout Thailand but ours is only 280 baht including a side of golden fries! It's pretty awesome so come check it out.
Hope to see you again soon!
Warmest regards,
Team Blue Tree

Funded by patek philippe the world renown luxury watch maker. The choice of location seems a little bazaar, and easily missed. However, they have certainly caused a stir locally with a huge 3 Rai Lido, At the time when Thailand is facing an acute water shortages. The Lido compliments hundreds of shops and numerous restaurants and entertainment places. Unfortunately, a recent death of a two-year-old British boy has brought all the wrong publicity for this new venture. However I would say it was worth a visit and it is still very much in the development fees with many of the retail outlets not yet open. If you find yourself in Thalang, go visit.

Very slow food service - waited 1 hr - and no drinks or food. We went to the bar and managed to get our drinks after asking repeatedly. (Water, coconut, bottled drinks). In their defence the manager said they were swamped and offered food discount which we didn’t take. We just wanted our food. The park was not full, half the decks chairs were empty, and zero line up at any of the slides or attractions so can not imagine what it would be like if park was full and they are “swamped” in the real word sense. They are not equipped staff wise to deal with crowds. They will also not allow any drinks or food to be brought in; so be prepared for long waits and order very early. Or better yet, don’t go at all.

Fabulous water park with so many extras included in your entry ticket. Perfect for our family. Huge main lagoon pool where you could laze on rubber rings or paddle board. Children's play area - great for little ones and tweens! 4 smaller water slides and 4 bigger ones. Cliff diving, zip line, ninja warrior, trampoline, archery. Games where you could win a prize. Amazing water display show with divers. Sun loungers and parasols available for free, upgrade to more luxurious cabanas for a few. Good value and not very busy. Food and drink available - not too pricey. We had reusable metal water bottles, but single use plastic bottles not allowed.

Not only daytime waterpark, but also a very beautiful place to spend an evening. The Tree House restaurant offers amazing views over the colorfully-lit megapool (which is like a proper beach, really), one of the most breathtaking night views in Phuket and the food is absolutely delicious.
Such a shame people think of this place only as a daytime waterpark, it offers a lot at night as well. Aside from the fun foodtrucks (not sure what time they close) there is a great live band in the open air amphitheatre, all free to enjoy.
This place should be advertised better, it’s beautiful and very well kept.
