Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You can walk to the telferico from the historic centre in about 30 mins. Its only been operating since 2016 so pretty new and modern. Its only a very short ride but provides for excellent views of landmarks and buildings you wouldn't otherwise see as well as the volcanoes on the outskirts. You also get some commentary from one of the young staff members on the ride so it's a bargain at 500 pesos for the return trip. It runs every 15 mins.
Whilst you're in the area take time to stroll around the park and look at the 5 May celebration floats that are now on view there. Really interesting and kids will enjoy it too.

We took the Teleferico de Puebla from the top of the hill while on a bus tour from town that allowed us to get on and off. The one way trip was short but the views spectacular; a return trip was an option but the one way suited us. Have your cameras ready. The stop at the finish allows for some great photos/selfies overlooking the city and the coloured houses. It was a very smooth trip, especially coming from someone that doesn't like heights. Would recommend it as part of a tour of the city.

I would not advise one to go out of the way for this attraction. But if in the park, then it pays to ride the teleferico and enjoy the view. It's a 5 minute ride and there were no lines during my visit.

Originally, this project was meant to be much larger. It was supposed to take you across Puebla, which would have made more sense. Instead, this gondola has only to towers quite close to each other. This makes the experience useless in terms of getting from one place to another. If you´re already there for another reason, you might want to take it for the view. Otherwise, I would nos recommend it.

It is a slow short gondola trip. Wait to get in takes at least 10 min given the bad design of the gondola and the fact you need to exit to take the gondola back.

This was cheap and fun for my daughter and I to do! I liked being able to see all 4 volcanoes while up there. It gave a great view of the city. It was neat to get off on one side and have a choice in museums to go to also. I would do this again if I go back to Puebla.

Excellent panoramic view of Puebla city; short distance, but well worth it. Round trip is best. Takes you near fortes for the Cinco de Mayo battle.

Not a long wait, not expensive, standing room only but only a 10 minute ride one way. Would recommend round trip because it’s not so easy to get back on foot, although not that far. Puebla is huge evidenced by the view. The surrounding park has museums, walkways and food stands.

We waited over one hour for the ride, and it wasn’t a particularly busy day.
There was only one person coordinating access, which is unnecessarily complicated. Outside, there are two lines, with no one to tell you which line is what. When they let you in they just move you in groups to another waiting area, then to a another waiting (seating) area until you get to the elevator. Once you take the elevator, you wait upstairs again. Takes about 15 min to move from area to area, plus the time you spend outside in line.
The ride is short, tower to tower, the explanations are in Spanish only, and the view depends on the time of day and weather conditions. I suspect that early morning rides or sunset rides are better. My view that day was mediocre.
When you exit your first ride and if you have a round trip ticket (don’t!) you have to wait for the elevator, go downstairs outside to the back of the line, and wait another hour or more to return. RIDICULOUS!
We purchased the round trip ticket from the Turibus (don’t) and did not get preferential priority in line as promised.
We did not use the return trip, ordered uber to get back to town and continued enjoying our day.
Tip: if you must do this thing, buy a one way ticket and then call uber from the second tower. I suppose this is a good option for people who have plenty of time and don’t mind standing up waiting for hours.
However, my suggestion is to skip this ride and visit beautiful churches and museums instead.

If you’re ever in the area, you should try this out! You get a great view of the city and it only costs about $50 which is a steal!!!
You can purchase photos taken by the crew or take your own while up there!

Hola, te diré que me estacione justo frente al planetario, en la calle, si hay un estacionamiento pero me parece lejos de la salida A, te recomiendo preguntar en ambas torres.
