This castle was inaccessible due to restoration work. However, it is located in spectacular countryside. There is a great information board at the car park to tell visitors about the castle and the area. Well worth a quick visit.

This castle was surrounded by a chain link fence, but we were still able to view the beautiful workmanship of this ancient ruin. It's situated in a gorgeous setting of hills and valleys and is a wonderful reminder of old country Scotland.
