Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The reclining Buddha in Wat Pho Bangkok is impressive. It's 46 meters long, 25 meters high and just the feet are 5 meters long! No wonder it was built first and the temple that holds it was built afterwards, a must see.

My wife and I enjoyed the cable car ride to the top of the mountain (awesome views), but were very confused once we got there. It felt like a cheap Its A Small World ride at a fake Disney World.

The mountain visit was coupled with a visit to a dragon fruit farm and a Champa tower. Not a bad way to spend a day, but I wish we had just stayed at our resort and had some fun at the beach.

This was a great place to visit. It took some getting there - bus, chair lift and and numerous stairs but I am so glad that I did it.

The chair lift admittedly did break down as we wanted to go back but we had a drink at the cafe while it was fixed and then returned. The historic buildings and artefacts were also worth the effort to get there.

Not so cheap for Vietnam entreces but its worth of it. We used the lift up to the hill, then we walked 15min to this great statue. We had amazing view on the country and seaside. Recommendation to everyone. You can also see another nature living up the hill.

If you pass on this attraction, you will regret not seeing the Reclining Buddah. It is spectacular and certainly an icon of Bangkok. Even people back home who've never been to Thailand will ask you if you saw the Reclining Buddah. They give you a handy little bag to carry your shoes in while inside. That way, you don't run the risk of someone making off with your $100 Nike's while inside. Good place.

The views were amazing! This was a fun trip to make but I wouldn't recommend taking little kids. Other visitors would not leave us alone. The price for entrance to the park and for the tram ticket were cheap and well worth it. If you want to enjoy the outdoors and are in good shape it would be an amazing hike. I'm sure it would be a long one though as the terrain is very steep.

Its hard to get your head around how big this Buddha statue actually is due to the fact that it's enclosed within a large building. Went here on my last day in Thailand (Bangkok) and thought it was a great site to visit. There's also a park nearby to but your feet up and relax afterwards.

Definitely worth visiting. Lots of other Buddhas etc to see once you are in. The main attraction itself is great. The sheer size of it is astounding. You get a free bottle of water once inside the grounds. Make sure this is the first thing you get as the heat was overbearing whilst walking around the grounds and there is hardly any shade.
