Just a quick visit. We regularly visit the island of Corsica and have just found this vineyard on our last visit. Some beautiful wines are produced here. The staff are very polite and friendly and speak English. We are strictly red wine drinkers and brought home some beautiful wine ‘Cuvee des Gouverneurs’. Wow need to re-stock already!!…

We visited the vineyard and while usually you would be offered to taste some wine - here the ladies in the receptions did not seem interested in our visit and rather had their own wine-tasting - in stead of offering us and the other guest a taste.

So we popped in for a quick visit last week - ample car parking available and free wine tasting...... Place is quite modern and we were quickly served by a lady who spoke English well (good for us as our French is only mediocre at best!) We found the muscat a bit sweet for us, but I did buy a bottle of the red Orenga de Gaffory Rappo Vin de Liquer which has a taste of Port…

For years we buy San Quilico white and rosé directly at the domaine. We also enjoyed always the wine tasting, receiving full attention and information. Especially a very friendly (also spanish speaking) lady made the stay very pleasant. This year we had bad luck: a bad mannered, low in size, only french speaking fellow made us leave the domaine very fast. So we bought the wine in the supermarket, at even a lower price. We will try again next year.…

Very nice domaine just below Patrimonio. We tasted also the wines of Clos San Quilico (same owner). Excellent wines and value for money.
