A fishing fleet of 60 ponga boats and every captain has great spots to go to. They provide fresh seafood for the town every day. I have never gone out with one of the captains and come back without catching fish.

Although we didn't fish ourselves, we enjoyed watching the locals fish with nets close to the shore. With two people and a net they were hauling in some large quantities of fish!
