Playa Encanto rates high for mellow days and excellent beach access. The gated community sports cool beach architecture influenced by regions from throughout the world--Mediterranean, Persian, and, of course, Mexican. The beach is never crowded--at all. Lots of shells and space and the rising and...More

Pretty beach. A lot cleaner than the one with the vendors. There they just use anything as their trash can. Here you can beach comb a little, and get into the warm water.

Take you shade and chairs, ice chest, and grab your bags to fill with the best sea shells and sand dollars. Worth the drive.

This beach is beautiful and has lots of shells. It is very sandy on the bottom a long way out. Fun for the kids! No facilities

Will visit again. Keep In mind, there are no facilities on the beach so don't venture too far from your rental property. We did t find this to be a problem, but it bears mentioning. Easy drive from Tucson.

yes - it is a dirt road. When you reach the end of it where it goes left and right, go left. If you go right it will take you to private residences.
