Really, you need to see this beautiful building during day AND night. I love photography, and if you will be there in the golden and blue hour, you will get awesome pictures.

This arc is on the way from the downtown through expiatorio to the leather zone. It is a nice landmark that you should pass through. There is a small pedestrian zone behind it, which is very nice for a walk and leads to leather zone.

This monument has so much history to Leon. It was beautiful and fascinating. A must see and ask a local to tell you the story. :)

Leon's answer to Paris' Arc de Triomphe, or Berlin's Brandenburg Gate, this imposing structure marks the entrance to the downtown area. To the west is a nice walking area with big leafy trees and plenty of benches for resting.

Name of the city is precisely LEON which means LION therefore it is the most representative Icon of the city. Not a huge size but enough to impress anyone who likes architecture.

Nice area to walk and check out a few restaurants. No parking near the blvd. Grounds are very well taken care of, but the cafe's look old and not very appealing to eat, but maybe have a few drinks.
