This is a great place to spend a few hours and learn some history. There are many interactive displays so you can go as deep into the topics as you like. My kids especially liked the models of the cities. The permanent art collection is very nice and there was a place in one of the exhibits for kids to... More

I liked the building and cultural campus. Definitely worth a few hours and an easy walk from the center of Leon. It is Leon at its most expansive and open.

A bit light for the world traveler but locally informative. Open, airy and easy stroll thru some local history. Includes reproductions of many classical sculptures, at first out of context but increasingly intriguing as thousands of miles of travel are reduced to several steps.

Located on a peaceful campus the museum is good for an hour or so. Interesting city models and displays on mining. On Saturday admission was free.

You will enjoy the fabulous structure & history, plus the beautiful landscape. The colors are vibrant, and plants not often seen in the USA.

I've been to this museum a few times and I really love its design and the pieces of art that they have in exhibition. You can ask for a guided tour in English or in Spanish which is really helpful for those who don't speak a word of Spanish. There are some permanent exhibitions which are for free, and from... More
