This tour was a waste of a day. Very underwhelming. It felt more like a shopping the than getting a true feel of the city. They took us to the church, the flea market, a silver store, lunch at an overpriced shack in Mismaloya, followed by what was advertised as a tequila factory tour, but guess what, there was no... Considering it was advertised as a Puerta Vallarta city tour, only a small amount of time was actually spent in PV. More time could have been spent along the malecon, market area or other areas of this fine city. Specific shops were selected where it was obvious the tour company and shop owners had a made a deal. (The guide... More

This tour was advertised as a six hour city tour. We spent the first 90 minutes picking up passengers -- OK, that is to be expected, although this was painfully slow given it was only three hotels. We then went to the boardwalk, which was nice, but we had to just stand there and listen to the talk, rather than... More

My husband and I really appreciated taking this tour the last day of our vacation. It was informative, personal, intriguing, fun, exciting and gave us a small glimpse into the greatness of Mexican culture. We toured with Miquel and he was exceptional and really funny. The highlights were lunch in the heart of Mexico and the tour of the Tequila... More

Thank you so much for your comments Karen A. Our city tour is just an example of some highlights our town has to offer. I will send your comments to Miguel and hope to see you soon in another of our excursions. More

We did the city tour with Arturo and Alfredo. Arturo did a good job as did Alfredo. They take you down town and show you some of the boardwalk, church and flea markets. They give you every opportunity to buy something from their favorite vendors even taking you to an expensive silver shop. This aspect was disappointing. Lunch is on... More

Our guide/driver team was Julio and Joel. The tour started in downtown Puerto Villarta along the boardwalk to view the sculptures that dotted the sidewalk. From there we walked to old town and a stop at a jewelry store that offered a fine selection of silver and the fire opals the region is known for. Back on the bus for... More

Arturo (guide) and Fernando (driver) gave us a great day... After the pickups we did a walking tour of Old Town Puerto Vallarta which included the water front, church, markets & silver smith.. Travelled south to where you could have your photo with a couple of iguanas then into the hills for lunch (at own expense) then to a Tequila... More

Miguel and Alfredo were wonderful as guides. We learned so so much about the city and the people. Miguel always had good advice for us before he set us off on our own. We are already planning on going again next year and hope to see Miguel and Alfredo. Danny Barnes and Renee Fulmer

Did not enjoy, guide was adequate, driver was amazing. Got a bit of Vallartas history. Visited the main Boardwalk, and a historic Vallarta church. Lunch in a small Mountain outdoor restaurant. Do not recommend eating there. Was expensive, large portions, got sick. Visited a charming tequila place, highend silver store and a leather shop. Tequila
