From reading some of the 'terrible' reviews, it seems that to go to Lake Louise in summer is to be avoided at all costs. On a sunny weekend in December, however, it's beautiful. Completely frozen and solid enough to walk on and they have set...More

Lake louis being a little spooky surrounded by the smoke from the BC wild fires. But even with all the smoke the beauty of our nature is still amazing.

Stayed at the Fairmont Lake Louise and the view from our room, 831, was amazing of the lake. We headed down to the lake and enjoyed a hot drink while walking around. Such a gorgeous spot.
