Pandas are amazing. All the animals are easy to see & yet in a natural habitat. Pandas are amazing. The grizzly bear training was enlightening as they ate a slab of beef! A lot of water.

The Calagary zoo is great fun for all ages. The exhibits are well laid out and the entire area is immaculate. The Pandas are the biggest attraction, but there is plenty more to see.

We visited on a cool day,but the sun came out early afternoon with no crowds to fight through. The panda bears were a delight to see & we were thrilled to see so many animals that were active, gorillas & leopards playing, lions roaring & penguins swimming.

The zoo was quite well done and the best part was the panda exhibit which is broken up into two sections, allowing more people to experience the pandas without being overly crowded. Seeing pandas close-up was a treat.

Loved the Pandas. Oh my, I spent two days in the zoo, backing and forthing between other exhibits and the Panda. The zoo staff and volunteers are a wealth of support and information. And the zoo is absolutely spotless. September is a quiet time to...More

I am from Toronto, so in comparison to the Toronto Zoo, this zoo stands no chance. We did become season pass members as it is something to do with the little one, but definitely not the greatest zoo I've been to. Buffet brunch is great...More

If you're an animal lover, then you don't want to miss this. Everything about the zoo experience was done well. One huge plus is there are a few places to get a decent espresso around the park.

I doubt there are any public microwaves in a zoo, with the various animals, birds around it might be a problem. However at the food outlets I would guess they may have one.
