Far too many resellers here. Stalls claim to be from ABC Farm, but the produce all appears to be from California! If I wanted Glyphosphate poisoned low standard crappola to cook with, I could get it at a much lower price at any grocery store....More

My kids and myself enjoyed exploring the market, and all of the stuff that was offered. Found some great stuff. We also came across some very nice people.

This is my favourite market in Calgary. No need for tuxedos, or consulting your mortgage advisor before making some purchases. There's a good diversity of ingredients vendors, craft shops, food vendors, and flea market shops, including, in the summer, an array of outdoor vendors selling...More

I love shopping at the Crossroads Market. It doesn't have that uppity, trendy vibe going on. No one's there trying to impress anyone with their expensive strollers and bmws. It's not an "event". It's down home, friendly vendors selling quality product. I've visited enough to...More

Both of Calgary's other major farmer's markets are great, but they seem to cater to and attract a bit more the high-end demographic. If you're looking for a bit more relaxed farmer's market, try the Crossroads. They still have lots of excellent ingredients vendors, with...More

The market works mostly inside during winter, but during warmer months the number of vendors are bigger and the quality of food (fruits and vegetables) are better. It is also possible to find a flea market inside in the back of the building.

We came to the market to check out a new food vendor. They are Borobudur Café, a small spot in the food court area. I had the Beef Rendang and my wife had chicken satay. We both really enjoyed our meals and would recommend their...More

No, it's not dog friendly given the open food at the numerous vendor stalls and tight quarters in some areas.
