The Weaselhead Flats are absolutely gorgeous. There is plenty of wildlife around, including (but certainly not limited to): beavers, muskrats, deer, moose, and much more. It's a great place to walk and bike, as well. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place in July with lots of birds, animal and wild flowers. Best put on some sunscreen and insect repellent if going on unpaved trails. Bring a hat and water as it can get really hot.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Trails that range from nicely paved to sloshing on the water's edge and several grades in between. Birds, chipmunks, fishermen, joggers. Even though the day was a bit cold and cloudy we had a great time. And rpthe bathrooms...More
