We purchased tickets which included a bus ride with a guide to the station at the base of the glacier. At that time you get on an incredible Ice Cat truck/ bus with the biggest tires I've ever seen! That vehicle takes you to the...More

beautiful place with additional stops at the skywalk and local falls. weather is unpredictable and we were there the day before the end of season so it was truly cold/windy on the glacier and difficult to see too far but still well worth seeing. We...More

The glacier was beautiful and other worldly. Just be prepared to share this experience with lots of other people, there were 4 other ice explorer buses on the glacier at the same time. However, it's such an awesome view that you soon tune everyone else...More

This was a great activity for the whole family. It was surprisingly long and good value for money. Our bus guide Matt was extremely funny and entertaining. The kids still talk about him and his jokes.

This glacier will be gone in 100 years. It's a lovely space and so worth the trek. It's a fun spot to see and the surrounding areas are gorgeous too.

Sorry, we didn't use an address or coordinates. You can't actually miss it, it's on the main highway 93 N approximately 2.5 hours north of Banff. Don't forget your sensible shoes!
