Great experience

We took our 4 year old granddaughter to the park for the day. It was fantastic! So much to see and do. It was a highlight for all of us for the week long vacation.

The Kamloops Wildlife is well worth visiting. We have learned to arrive before the 12:00 feeding of Clover. The train ride is always a highlight with guests. On rainy days the large sandbox in the play area is covered with lots of trucks, shovels, and various other toys for children to enjoy!

I have visited this wildlife park many times, summer and winter. In the winter it is great as the wild lights are just beautiful.A little train takes you through the park. There is refreshments as well and the animal shelters are wonderfully like the habitat the animals are from. It is a worthwhile attraction and recommended.

Great place to go and look at lights, most animals sleeping, unfortunatley the train wasn't running as it is great to do a little tour with.

Kamloops Wildlife Park is not a Zoo...it is wonderful to see animals happy and relaxed in their natural environments. It is a well thought out clean and educational facility. Great place to take our Grand Children, Visitors and simply go for a walk. We love that the animals are there to be seen but also that their natural habitat and... More

grandsons and great grandson came to town for weekend and went to park for the afternoon. Had eats, saw the reptiles, which the young one loved, walked around park to see other critters. Even grandpa enjoyed it. Dress warm in winter as there is a cold wind out there always.

Love going to the Wildlife Park - I have yet to see that lynx yet. Now it has become the family goal to see who can see the lynx first.

This park has year round family events from Christmas to Canada Day. There is a small amphitheatre were they do the Raptor class, great walking trails for every age and of course the park train. At feeding time you can watch them feed the animals. There is a cafeteria or you can bring your own lunch. Make sure you dress for... More

I would strongly recommend a visit here even out of season. If you are around when the Wildlights display is on I would also recommend this. We went out of season on a very snowy day and there were only a handful of people around which made it all the more special. The only thing you can't see in the... More

The Christmas highlight was seeing the Wildlights again, unfortunately the train wasn't running but we walked most of the way through the lights. Highly recommend it for little children. Many parents were pulling their little ones on sleights which was ideal for all. Will go again next year.
