I wandered this area in early autumn and loved it. I'd wear pants next time as the grasses are long and there are plenty of scratchy ones... but it was still nice. Mind your footing, as there are lots of small rocks and uneven ground....More

A beautiful spot for a ramble along the meandering trails. I’m not sure if there is a natural focal point to the area (perhaps a lack of research on my part) but definitely can easily spend an hour (or several) walking around. If you’re doing...More

An absolutely amazing area, usually dry depending on the time of year and great for hiking and mountain biking in the summer and fall yet so close to the city so not much driving required. The locals who live in the Brock area walk up...More

Grassland and low hills. Some small lakes with duck along the way. The way condition is bumpy. The landscape is not too bad. Can find some colorful scenery views on the way back during sunset.

This is a very special place close to the city with amazing views and miles of trails. If you have a dog you have to go there. Would be great on a mountain bike too.

The trails in this area are both challenging and energizing. The Dewdrop trail hike goes through meadows, gullies and ridges. the viewpoint on Castle Butt is spectacular.

The trails are endless. You can walk, run, or mountain bike on these trails forever. I've run here a few times and love going back and telling others about it. From the top of the subdivision, drive 1 km to the first parking lot. Then...More
