The Myra Canyon Park is an old train trestle that has been converted into a hiking and biking trail that goes for miles and miles. It includes 16 old and restored trestles which are magnificent. The trail begins at about 5,000 feet in elevation, so be prepared for cooler weather and rain sprinkles. You can rent bikes at the trail... More

We took our little Malteese dog for a 3 hr bike ride. We went approx 1 hour out and had a nice little picnic and then the ride back. I would do this again again and would never grow tired. The views are breath taking.

Historic railway threstles are now a walking and cycling trail, with fabulous views of Kelowna and Okanagan lake. The railway threstles got lost in a forest fire many years ago, but they have been rebuilt to their former glory, bu locals, volunteers and donations. The raiiway tracks have been replace by a boardwalk, and you can also rent bikes at... More

My wife and I enjoyed hiking the Myra canyon on several time. It's a great location to show our out of town family and friends. You can hike or rent bicycles to enjoy this amazing location.

Myra Canyon was really a great time. It's a bit far from Kelowna (about a 25 minute drive from downtown with 8km on a dirt road) but it was well worth it. We spent about 2 and a half hours walking and saw over 7 trestles, went through 2 tunnels, and had an incredible view of Kelowna from above the... More

During busy days, it is recommended to book your bike ahead of visiting Myra Canyon Park. You can also walk, but using the bike is fun. Beautiful landscape and views to Lake Okanagan. Total bike ride was for 10 km 2.5 hours.

Jogging over the trestles - so fascinating and relaxing; trestles fly by under your feet one after the other! GO FOR IT!

Must to visit if u are in Kelowna! Got to see fat baby bear!Reward your soul with an inspiring half-day trip to Myra Canyon. This highly-scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Runway (KVR) runs along a steep-walled canyon. Originally built by hand at the turn of the last century, this impressive landmark is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestle... More

We took our bicycles to Kelowna and went to the Myra Canyon Trestles twice. The views are amazing. The trails are dirt/gravel, but regular bicycle tires work. There is a place to rent a bicycle is you don't want to bring your own. The trail is very level. There are a few places where there is a slight up or... More
