Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Tree brewing makes some fantastic craft beer and all of the brews I have tried have been great... However, their new growler which is basically a big stainless steel thermos is a bit pricy at $50 and their new policy to charge %50 more to fill other craft brew companies' growlers (which are inexpensive glass containers) is a blatant money grab and is totally unfair. How can a company charge a different price for the exact same quantity of a product based on the brand of container? In this day and age of recycling, those who enjoy a craft brew enough to buy direct with their own bottle should not be overcharged for the same value of product.

We shared two pizzas made from spent grain pizza dough. The staff were kind and efficient. We went before a concert that was happening nearby, which made it quite busy, but we were still able to find a place to sit. The atmosphere is great, and we had fun.

Visited last weekend and was greeted by the worst customer service ever experienced. We were part of a group and basically the guy behind the counter told us to get in line, decide what we want, and if we didn't know, get out. No education about their beers, we weren't even allowed to ask questions! Will never return:(

This beer needs some work. You call it hop head IPA. I thought I was getting a hoppy IPA but upon reading the label I realized where you went wrong. Your grain bill should be about 90 percent Canadian 2 row with a touch of crystal malt maybe 8 oz in total. I would dry hop with both Citra and Amirillo hops . You have crystal,Vienna Munich malts in this brew ,to much other malts. Yes I am a seasoned craft brewer who is always looking for a hop forward beer unfortunately this is not one of them. Keep on brewing you will get it right

Stopped along a walk near the waterfront in Kelowna. Parked the rig at the Mall.
Hubby enjoyed the 4 samples of beer chosen by Dave. ($6) I'm not a fan of beer, but Himself liked the Hop Head IPA (Indian pale ale to those in the know) & the grapefruit Radler was refreshing. Brochures said cheese plate available in a photo.....in reality only pizza & pretzels available....made by the distillery by -product....Spent grain. Not tried....gluten sensitivity here & not sure if ok for me.
Ask for a card/brochure that gets u free tastings in a couple of places close by.

I love Tree Brewing and they recwntly opened the Tree Brewing Beer Institute and this place gets a big YUM! They're located by Roses in the building DJ's used to be in.
Their beer on tap comes directly from their conditioning tanks. Prices are good and food is awesome!

We went to this place twice during our visit. We really liked their beers. I'm an IPA lover and they had good ones. I'd definitely go back.

Enjoyed a few hours here with friends. It has a nice and relaxed atmosphere with a variety of beers and other drinks. They also serve snacks. There are various sitting areas other than the bar. We also received a discount for staying at the Delta next door - part of the resort fee offers!

One 9f my all time favourite activities is to visit craft breweries ( hubby is a bit of a connoisseur) During a quick visit to Kelowna I scheduled time to visit Tree Brewing. Location good downtown beside busy foot traffic, parking a bit of a challenge. Customer service below average, eye contact, customer greeting and communication certainly missing. Food is very average compared to other visited brewing companies. However the ale was really good, if some improvements made could be a hot spot....sorry guys some areas for improvement.
