it's always a nice walk by the lake. my wife and me were in kelowna in August 2018 and this February (as I heard the coldest in the last 50 years) and we enjoyed the view.

Clean, busy, fun. Went as a group while on bicycling vacation in the Okanagan. Perfect weather too! All we did was walk the beach and check everything out - we didn't require a meal, etc.

Good long boardwalk for 30 minutes. Lots to see from bird life in nature park,including an osprey nest,to boats in marina,Sandy beach for swimming, lawns,boats for rent,trips on lake,restaurants and shops and an open air free skating rink in winter.Parking easy.

The Waterfront park is on the east side of the lake, just north of the big bridge on the west side of Kelowna.
