Great trip on the water around Tofino. Our guide was knowledgable, and taught us quite a bit about the local history and current affairs. Saw a few sea lions on the way too, which was exciting!

Our family of four (mom, dad, two girls 12 and 14) took the Meares Island tour with Tana our guide. What a wonderful change from typical touristy activities. Great combination of canoe paddling, hiking through a great rain forest, and First-Nations-based context. Highly recommended!

We booked the interpretive hike for Schooner Cove trail. Our guide was Tsimka, who comes from the local Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation. Tsimka gave a terrific cultural orientation to the local Aboriginal history, the contemporary context for the First Nations in the area, and great information...More

Did a paddle board surfing session in January 2017. A slow time of year in Tofino with no crowds and on this day really nice generally mild weather with waves not to big for a newbie paddle-board surfer. Emre the instructor was excellent and provided...More
