Not sure why its an attraction. A cute little bridge necessary to get to N. Vancouver from downtown.

You get great views here. We also sailed under it on our cruise to Alaska. If you've seen the numerous films by Lion Gate you have to see the bridge

The Lions Gate Bridge was built in 1938; at that time people questioned the need! Now it’s a bridge that does double duty for commuters, cyclists, walkers and tourists! It’s a beautiful suspension bridge that gets prettier at night, when it’s lit up. The bridge...More

Is this a 'smaller scale' version of ghe famous bridge in San Francisco? Well yep, it was (I believe) the same designer/architect who sorted out the "Golden Gate Bridge"

Interesting view of Northern vancouver . The bridge is a three lane carriageway and allows travel across the water in a timely fashion

This is a pretty bridge, not too much fun is you are trying to drive across it as the lanes reduce from three....to two...to one. Allow extra time for wherever you are going, as the traffic gets bottled up here!

Vancouvers link to the west side of the North shore. This bridge is very old, it opened in 1938 and is a suspension bridge that has undergone May repairs and upgrades. A beautiful walk across for those who do not mind the height.

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.
