A massive variety of great foods on offer, either to eat on the day or buy for later. We could have spent hours walking round looking at the various food stalls and arts and craft shops. A must do for a trip to Vancouver.

If you like to shop and eat, this place have several options. Be ready for a line on some eatery and a lot of parking lots but it could get full.

Delis, sushi, donuts, patio beers, fantastic dinner dining, Granville Island has it all. A great afternoon to walk around, Catch a play or show. Go for some saki tasting. It really has something for everyone.

A foodie's haven. Great place &included in hop on hop off trolley bus. A must do. A very pleasant water taxi ride accross. Also included on the hop on hop off bus ticket.

I love going here, sitting with a hotdog and look out at the sailboats. Great place! All kind of stuff to look at, and do. Its touristic but not in the cheesy way.

Well worth a visit even if you don't need to buy groceries. We always take a spin around the market when in Vancouver as the produce is wonderful to peruse and the craft shops and stalls lovely to browse. Lots of good places to eat...More

Yes it is open on the weekend. We took the hop on hop off bus. The ticket have you 1 day plus ninety minutes. The bus stops at first beach where you get a free ferry ride across to the markets. To catch up with the bus you... More
