We encountered some construction so I'm not certain of things/areas we may have missed. Fun going through part of the university campus & then getting to Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Interesting beach, tide was out & could walk way out. Lots of ships out in...More

You can still park for free alongside Locarno Beach! This is a popular beach with large logs to lean against, soft white sand, and a great view of Vancouver Harbour. When the tide is in, the beach offers a large shallow/semi-shallow water area that makes...More

Nice view of the water and gorgeous homes, when you start in town there are a lot of shops and restaurants to stop by and look around. We didn't, we just drove to look around. The driver doesn't get to see much of the view...More

This is a wonderful drive along the waterfront from West Vancouver to Horsehoe Bay, the homes and the scenery are out of this world. The road has lots of curves along it so best to take your time.

Beautiful run, hardly any traffic. Undulating road past yacht clubs, marinas and gorgeous scenery between the trees. Lovely homes dotted down to small coves, and Horseshoe Bay breaking the Marine Drive with its restaurants, ferries and boats at anchor.

Even though Vancouver is my home, I take this drive often on my way to lighthouse park or even Horseshoe bay ferry terminal, just because the drive is so pretty. Ambleside is also a lovely stop along the way,
