This was a lunch cruise round trip from Coal Harbour. The scenery through the harbour and into Indian Arm was magnificent. A great trip if you are tight for time and want to see lots. The trip was well organized and the tables were reserved. The food was excellent.

Whenever we stay in a city on the water, we book a dinner cruise. Recently, London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, Seattle, San Francisco. We booked Vancouver Harbour Cruises sunset dinner cruise recently and were delighted. (Wrote about it at whereiscookie.) It's a wonderful evening -- and we've enjoyed dozens -- and a lovely walk from mid-town Vancouver to the cruise... More

We took both harbor cruises -- the tour of the port and the luncheon voyage up Indian Arm, the southernmost fjord in N. America. We fully enjoyed both and thought the trips were one of the highlights of our visit to Vancouver. We'd have liked the Indian Arm trip to go further up the fjord, but maybe that's not possible... Decided to be tourists in our own town and took the 4 hour lunch cruise up Indian Arm. What a totally awesome adventure. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the reserved tables complete with white tablecloths were a surprise. Plus, the tour of the harbour and the beautiful Indian Arm was awesome! Great job!!!!!!!

I have kind of mixed feelings about the Harbour Cruises' tour on the paddle wheeler Constitution. The boat itself is nicely old-fashioned, which we liked. There were only about 20 passengers onboard, which made for space to move around and explore the boat. I can't imagine trying to do so when it was full on a hot summer day. My... More

We took a noonish tour of the harbor. There were very few people on the boat and we got a prime spot at the front as it went around the entire harbor. Highlights including one of the largest cruise ships I have ever seen, interesting information from the announcer on board, views of the bridges and surrounding areas and lots... More

Great day out gently cruising from the marina at 501 Denman Street to the Star Falls up Indian Arm. Commentary was informative and interesting. The bar man was able to serve drinks, wait at tables and do the commentary! Buffet lunch was orderly, thanks to well behaved passengers and organised crew! Plenty of food (salmon, chicken, potato salad, green salad,... More

We went on an evening dinner cruise. Far too expensive for what it was, it was supposed to be as much as you can eat, but you felt conspicuous if you went back for more. Went for desert and it was all gone. The singer and musician were adequate but not inspiring.

We really enjoyed this tour, the narrator gave us great information and wasn't a detraction. This was a great way to see the beautiful skyline of Vancouver too. The boat wasn't fancy but comfortable and it wasn't crowded so we were able to get great views. The boat docked at a convenient place and we were able to take a... More

Staying in Stanley Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views, beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical getaway spot for friends and families, especially as it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its best equestrian outlets.
