Awesome venue to just hang out or ? I went there back in the late 90's and was a very vital part of Davie Street life. Lots of good memories

This is the place to go on a Sunday night. Double Long Island teas are outstanding. Karaoke is always a blast don't worry about being in tune because no one else is. Sunday's upstairs and Vince behind the bar...

I've never ordered a drink and not finished it, but I couldn't take more than two sips of my drink here. Whatever wells rum they use here for wells, it was absolutely horrible. Not to mention they charge $5 for cover to get into an outdated dump. I've never been so disappointed in a club before.

If the bartenders don't know you, don't expect to get served. It took me a good 20 minutes to pry any of the bartenders away from a conversation for just a beer. Cliquey & rude & mean people. Avoid. Also, being a gay guy, I wanted to meet someone here but I was the only gay guy. Do not expect... More

Staying in Davie Village

Neighbourhood Profile
Davie Village
Davie Village is the vital LGBTQ heart of Vancouver. It is the only like area in the world to have a permanent four-way rainbow crosswalk, to symbolise the city's solidarity with many of the businesses, ranging from bars to bookstores, that keep the area vibrant. By day, it is a people-watching stop, with fantastic boutique cafes, but at night is when it really shines, humming with neon lights and nightclub music inside many of the hip and trendy bars and dance halls. The area is diverse and welcoming, and its supportive community makes for a tight-knit group of independent and creative shops.
