This is a nice flat walk on a very wide trail through the woods from the parking lot. Easy to access with children, I wouldn't call it a hike as it is like walking down a hard packed road.

It's about 1km walk from parking area along well maintained trail that was old railway bed. Great to see Trestle restored to former glory. Boards with details and old photos give good insight.
Not sure how they did this before cranes and proper lifting equipment!!

Recently visited the Kinsol Trestle with my wife. Wow! An amazing piece of Canadiana history. Bring a picnic. It is a good distance in from the main road but well worth the trip. A big Tex's to my wife for finding this spot.
