We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fisherman's Wharf Park is a good area to rest in and relax a bit. It's right across from the water and the views are just wonderful.

After leaving the Wharf area and the floating homes, we followed the music. There was a Polish band playing and dancing in the park. Lots of people sitting on beach chairs. It was cute. I think we just missed the Polish food. From there we kept walking and discoverd some nice homes on side street on the way to the Parliament buidlings.

A nice break to sit and enjoy after wandering around the waterfront. It was quiet as there were not many tourists wandering around yet at 8 in the morning.

Ate at Barb’s Fish & Chips, best I have ever had. Sitting by the water and enjoying the great air, no humidity like in Ontario.

We loved having fish and chips, and ice cream for dessert on the wharf. We took a harbour taxi back to the other side for a little cruise with the kids. Note there is only really one washroom area before you go down to the wharf.

Not much to see here. A few restaurants, excursion business and small shops. If not eating don't need to pay for more than one hour for parking. Can buy fresh crab here or go into a restaurant and have it prepared. Fish and chips fast food and other restaurants. Better shopping at The Bay mall or small shops on the street. Don't come unless you have other things to do here otherwise it is a wasted trip. A lot of traffic around area.

With all the crowds moving through town from different cruise ships, this was a nice place to have a quieter moment. Roads did pass through, but just along the edge of the park, giving us a moment to take in Victoria. You have a good view back down on Fisherman’s Wharf and beyond along the water as well as some of downtown. It was like a cool, clear fall evening back in PA, and this place was a nice chance to soak some of it in.

I recently took some friends here and was pleased to see some changes; new restaurants, more seating choices. Walking here is best as parking is limited, or you can arrive/leave by one of the regular harbour ferries (little cartoon-like tugboats). Just to the south of the shoreline is a lovely large natural grassed area with a children's park and space for a picnic.

There's not a lot to see. It's a couple fish & chips stalls and some colorful house boats. Nice but shouldn't be on anyone's must do list
