A beautiful lake.. but City Slickers/Glampers/Starbucks types beware..the parking is drop off Only. If you have to go back to your car for anything or because of THE BABY you will regret choosing this spot and are guaranteed to lose a couple of pounds walking from the lake to where your car is parked and back in the hot sun. Note to self: don’t forget the propane. To enjoy this lake you must be physically fit (you consider biking from the village a “short” bike ride and can carry conversation w your buff friends while riding) and have few attachments, physical familial or otherwise. To casual staycation types, Lost Lake should remain lost! Do Alta or Alpha instead. More amenities.

Just recently we did a couple of mountain bike rides around Lost Lake and what a blast! The bike trails are excellent, the nice big wide gravel path to and around the lake are in great shape, and the small beach area at the far end is perfect for laying around in the sun or a dip. There was music the day we went, as well as the big Black Bear that was wondering down the trail too! There is a dock in the lake as well if you don't want to sit at the beach area. Well worth the visit!!

Went on a hike/walk up to the lake while staying with some friends. While it's a nice area for a walk or a picnic stop, neither the scenery on the hike nor the lake itself is anything to write home about. Considering the gorgeous scenery all around the Whistler area, this was a fine thing to do, but not a highlight.

We were driving around looking at everything and we ended up seeing a sign for Lost Lake. We went to it and found a large parking lot right close to the lake that had washrooms and picnic tables and a small beach. In the summer it looked like there was a concession stand, but since this was fall it was closed, could be due to Covid too though. Anyway, we had a nice picnic at one of the tables and was visited by a bluejay. It was a nice place with trails and lots of space, if we knew about it beforehand we would have made it a day trip and gone for a hike as well, the paths looked well maintained and easy to walk.

Pretty lake, good trails to access it. Smaller, rougher but still easy trails optional. This lake is not the green glacial style of others nearby, and signs explain the differences. One trail has a spot where a lot of rocks have been assembled so people can build and place small Inukshuks, which was the highlight. Otherwise, very pleasant but not notable.

We walked from the pan pacific whistler village to lost lake. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the lake. A very gentle flat grade walk. Parts of the trail are paved but majority of trail is on a gravel dirt path. Upon arrival at lost lake there is a small beach, bathrooms and park benches

Visitors to Whistler should take the time to walk round “Lost Lake”. It’s very close to the village and is a really peaceful and pretty place. There are a few information boards explaining the geology etc, which I found interesting too!

We walked along the river from Whistler Village and it took us about 20 minutes to get to Lost Lake Park. It was a lovely walk through the woods to get to the lake and there was some nice places to sit by the beach. Part of the walk was closed but we still managed to walk around the lake.

Gorgeous little lake in the Whistler area. We loved the nature hike along the creek and lake. How do I haul my kayak up here lol? Well next summer maybe I will bring the inflatable paddle board, because this would be a pretty lake to paddle.

We walked the loop of lost lake, then rented bikes and were able to then continue to Green lake. This is such a beautiful area for riding and walking. Mountain bikes were awesome and trails were well maintained.
