What jewel of our trip. We can picnic and just be lost in this beautiful lake. Saw some boats and you could even go for a skinny dip!

Enjoyed early morning walk around Lost Lake. Great scenery and views of the golf course and mountains. Trails well marked and easy to navigate

We 4.9 km leisurely walk around Lost Lake which took us 1.25 hours. There was still good spring skiing at Whistler & Blackcomb which meant that there were still traces of snow & ice around the lake. There are many trails in the Lost Lake...More

Absolutely beautiful, definitely worth the visit, however imagine it may get very busy during peak seasons.

Worth the walk/hike depending on season. Visited in winter and it was well worth the effort. Beautiful serene lake in woods. Great break from skiing for afternoon. Lovely.

It's a great landscape if you can't go to Joffrey Lake for example. We went there after ski stations were closed because of bad forecast, but it was good enough.

Went there early morning. No one was there. Very peaceful and relaxing experience. So quiet and all I heard was the sound of nature. Air was so fresh, good place to meditate.

Is this place wheelchair accessible? I wanted to take my mother here who can barely walk. What are my options?

I would say no. It is a very long journey and it is all dirt path. Much of it is not smooth. There are inclines and places where the wheelchair would probably just take off downhill. There would not be much to see from... More

There are maps available at the Whistler tourist office that show how to walk to the entrance. There are sidewalks so it's safe and easy. There are lots of trails in the woods around the lake so you could spend a few hours... More
