Whistler/Blackcomb is a great great venue to ski or board. It accommodates for solo/group or family activities. Will definitely be going back with the family.

It can feel a little like an adult Disneyland at times with all the people and lines but is amazing. The tickets aren't cheap either so be prepared to pay a little bit for riding here!
