The river was raging on this day. Beautiful clear water, the roar of the rapids was breathtaking. Beautiful forest. Nice stop for all ages to see nature in all it's fury. Whistler is an amazing place to visit.
Gravel road a bit rough to trail head but well worth the trip. A trail that winds through ancient trees, ferns along the Cheakamus River. The trail is fairly easy and there are a few vault toilets so, no excuse to enjoy this excursion.

I felt kind of scary because they said there could possibly be bears, but that made the walk more intense..i was more aware of the nature...havent seen one...More
