Amazing view of ecosystem

The Irving nature park is a nice peninsula of volcanic rock and forest. While relaxing you can go round on trials and have a nice view of the beaches, rocks and forest as well.

We had a great day walking with our kids through this park and spending some time at the lookouts and on the beach. Nature in the city. Beautiful.

During the warmer weather I walk here 4 or 5 times a week. The scenery is lovely, the roads well-maintained, and it's a generally nice place to be!

Son and I rode our mountain bikes on the road through the park. Loved the remarkable mix of sea and trees and fresh air. Late afternoon in late January. 4 degrees Celsius, was not a real cold one ... We had the road to ourselves it seemed. Ride too longer than it should have cause we took a million photos... More

Great place to just walk with several trails, great place to have a picnic or just sit on the beach and enjoy your day. You will see many different birds and squirrels and other nature's creatures. This park is well taken care of. You will definitely enjoy if you like the sights and sounds of nature! There are also barbecues... More

The little piece of paradise is such a fun place to go with family. Play in the surf and sand or go hiking and see the bird wildlife. Have gone here for years and never get tired of it.

This is a great place to spend several hours hiking in the fresh air and enjoying great scenery, and possibly capturing great photos featuring local wildlife. One amusing experience I had here was in encountering a porcupine who was walking ahead of me on the trail, and completely oblivious of me. I came within a foot of accidentally tripping over... The Nature Park is one of my favourite places on the Westside. Whether bringing my bicycle to get in a couple quick laps of the road or bringing the hiking boots and a couple friends for a hike.
