I love history and all things nautical so the rather long drive up to this site was well worth the time and trouble. The site itself is well laid out with good story boards. The site could have been cleaner but is still very attractive.

Great views of the city of Corner Brook and the Bay of Islands. A Great location for viewing sunrise or sunset. Take some time to learn about Captain Cook's visit to the area 250 years ago and get your picture taken with the Captain himself.

Captain Cook's lookout is a fantastic point to get an entire view of Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Whether you are a local or a visitor, it's a popular place to just take in the city.

Nice views of Corner Brook and the surrounding area. Interesting history about Captain's Cooks connection to Newfoundland. It is a bit difficult to find and you definitely need a car.
