During our pedicures the young girls chatted amongst themselves about upcoming plans, their work schedules, etc. The peace and serenity was just not there... or professionalism for that matter. On another occasion, I was attending and paid for an hour massage, only to receive 50...More

My friend and I went for a pedicure expecting a luxurious pampering. I have been here before and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. NOT this time. Alarm bells should have sounded when I called to get an appointment and was asked if I wanted to come...More

I booked an appointment with Monastery Spa and Suites for an Eyebrow and Brazilian wax. I have had both of these services done many times in various establishments across Canada and I am very familiar with what these services should entail. The Brazillian wax was...More

Cons: Place needs work inside and out, it also truly lacks the spa feeling some may be seeking. The music playing reminded me of a Chinese buffet restaurant. Robes and slippers were slightly 'overused'. Pros: massages were wonderful, therapists were kind, polite and professional. In...More

Jacuzzi in every room, good customer service, amazing atmosphere and decor. The vitality room is to die for, and usually empty (which is nice). Quiet retreat from the city, in the heart of the city.

Services were well executed and money well spent. Seemed like the space could stand an overhaul, but it was clean, the staff was polite and well trained, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
