On the last day of our vacation, we had a little free time before leaving for the airport. We both like wine and I'm a history buff, so we thought we'd give the Newman Wine Vaults a visit. It's a small space but nicely restored,...More

This is a small location but a very interesting history. The guides are very knowledgeable and the tasting was fun! buy joint ticket with Commissariate House and enjoy two interesting locations describing pieces of St. John's history.

This is a very small wine vault. However, it is worth the short walk out of the central core. The tour guides portray a very interesting story which includes a Port tasting.
